At around 4pm yesterday, 24th of February at The Pool Farm by DAMSEL, while talking to some event suppliers for possible collaborations my attention was redirected to a very beautiful, nice, warm, kind, and cheerful fine young lady as the people in attendance are excitedly yelling and chanting her name.
It was the first time I saw, met, and have came across this very down-to-earth lass, TRIA VALENTIN, I was so surprised though that she was only accompanied by her Mommy and her sister as she entered the premises. If I'm not mistaken not even her personal HMUA was with her yesterday.
When the microphone was handed over to her, suddenly, the place was transformed from a casual to a very very light and cheerful atmosphere. Fans have set aside their hesitations and awkwardness. Everyone felt that he or she belonged (myself included) to the said event. Most especially when she sang a song for the fans with a certain degree of "Hugot" that I guess her followers can relate. In between, there was a Q & A portion where fans get the chance to know their idol better by throwing questions about her career and personal life.
After her performance in the early part of the program, together with a colleague of mine, we approached her and requested if we could have a private moment with her for a studio shoot. Her answer almost blew my mind out of proportion! It really surprised me because instead of saying yes, all she said was, "Thank you very much po" that was accompanied by her angelic smile.
I was very lucky to be able to have the 2nd episode of our studio shoot after she went back to the stage for her second performance which was a dance showcase together with a fellow star Aish. Thanks to her Mommy who really exerted effort to bring her again inside the studio.
I thought the event has ended when she thanked and said goodbye to the crowd. Surprisingly, it didn't happen! She was able to convinced most of her fans to take a dive to the pool that has been inviting since 12 noon.
This young lady never stop to amaze me!
